Rules of Participation:

Gift cards can be purchased online at sigmahumans.com or in-person at our clinic.
The gift card value is redeemable for Sigma Humans procedures only.
Recipients must be 18 years or older.
Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be reissued or refunded.
Multiple gift cards can be used for a single procedure.
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Expiration Information: The Sigma Humans Gift Cards are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase. After this period, the cards will expire, and the remaining value will be forfeited.
